Sharifah Zalikha Syed Iskandar, ACIS (CS)(CGP), is a PhD candidate in Gender Studies at Universiti Malaya and recipient of the 2024 Wanita Berdaya Selangor PhD Scholarship. Her research explores women’s dignity, labour migration, and cross-cultural resilience, reflecting her deep commitment to inclusive empowerment. She has participated in global leadership platforms such as the Harpswell ASEAN + Nepal Women’s Leadership, Women2Win Global ASEAN Women Leaders Network with the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, and the Academy of Women’s Leadership. With academic depth, governance expertise, and people-centered leadership, Sharifah brings empathy, resilience, and collaboration to today’s dialogue on women’s power in the era of AI.
